Easy ordering and good time line
I ordered a food basket for my sister in law who just had a baby. I paid extra to have it delivered before noon. It arrived after 430. Also the cookies and food were STALE. I'm disgusted and will never order from them again
Additional fees greatly inflated advertised prices. Just show the true price up front instead of waiting till the end.

I thought that I requested delivery on 2/21 but it was received on 2/22 - I order Orchids for my husband 2-3 times a year and pay about the same for the larger orchids.
Delivery was awesome. The flowers were a little wilted. Not something i would pay 70$ buck for but nice arrangement wise.
The actual arrangement looked much larger when presented in the ad.
My only place to buy flowers
On the day My flowers were to be delivered fromyouflowers.com called me to say that the florist they had arranged had broken the vase i had selected and that they wanted to charge more for delivery. Fromyouflowers apologized and said they were unhappy with the service. They let me know that my flowers would be delivered the next day and used a different florist. My daughter did get her flowers and said they were beautiful. I am very happy with the way Fromyouflowers took care of my order!

My paid-for same day delivery was not able to happen, but Just Flowers contacted me & made it up the next day. And supposedly upgraded my arrangement to the next bigger size. I have no idea whether the size change happened tho because I didn't see the flowers since they were sent to a friend in the hospital in another state.
The checkout process was easy, but it automatically checked expidited delivery and charged $4.99 extra on top of the $14.99 delivery so the $19.99 flowers turned into $47! When I called to ask the customer service about the delivery time i realized the extra charge. The representative was very nice and took off the charge. I didn't mind the flowers being delivered in the afternoon. The $14.99 charge was a bit much too. My sister loved the flowers and balloon so I guess it was worth it! Thank you!
