The arrangement was gorgeous and I sinceley appreciate that, but I did request, and paid extra, that they get there before noon but arrived around 2:00 pm. I was a little disapointed and request some compensation, but seeing the flowers also make me happy about the situation.
Paid for premium and received what seems more like basic. Did not have the blooms that premium said it would. Looked nothing like the picture not even close.

I received a call from the person I sent the flowers to and she said "these are the most beautiful flowers I have ever received". I never expected them to be delivered on the same day when I ordered them in the afternoon, but they were. Outstanding flowers and service.

I had an important occasion where I had an order of flowers delivered with the guaranteed delivery by 3pm. It got there after the person left her office at almost 5pm. I wanted to get my full refund because it didn't get to her and she won't be in the office for the rest of the week so they're pretty much useless because she'll never see them which was the entire point of my order. Will never shop here again, Extremely disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
