I live in Memphis and I sent my grandmother in Texas some yellow lilies and red roses. They arrived as scheduled and she called me very happy with them. A little pricey but It was worth hearing how happy they made her.

Google said 19.99 bouquet. Didn't see them, but was offered a coupon then added additional $15 for delivery. Too expensive for some discount flower place. I was just going to go to my florist, and know I would get money's worth. I ordered when the email came about free delivery but of course the coupon discount was gone. Cheaper, so I did it but these flowers better make my mom smile or I am going all over social media calling this site out. Mom was happy, although they were delivered late in the day.
I was so disappointed the arrangement looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered. I was refunded my money but was told the florist would probably send someone to take them back. I won't be ordering fromyouflowers again.
I work at a veterinary clinic. A really good client of ours had a pet that passed away. We specifically wanted to order her a succulent arrangement. We scoured the internet looking for an appropriate arrangement. We finally found one we liked on FromYouFlowers.com. We ordered it and requested it to be delivered on Friday the 26th. (This was on Tuesday the 23rd) On Wednesday the 24th an arrangement was delivered. It was NOT a succulent arrangement. There was not a single succulent in the arrangement. To top it off it had a plant in it that is poisonous to dogs and cats. I called on Thursday the 25th about the issues. I called once in the morning and the woman I spoke with (who was very nice) assured me she would see what she could do about solving the problem and call me back. She never did. So I called back several hours later. Once again I spoke to a very nice customer service agent who assured me she would get the problem resolved and have the correct arrangement delivered on Friday the 26th. Friday the 26th came and went and no arrangement came. Today, the 27th I called bright and early. The woman I spoke with told me she would call me back within the hour as soon as the florist opened and let me know when the delivery would be made. I never received a call. I am currently on hold with the company (19 minutes and counting) trying to get a refund for my money because they just told me they can't deliver the correct arrangement today.

I HAD NO PROBLEMS PLACING MY ORDER. I called the person who received the order I sent to them,I was told by her that the flowers were addressed to ME and not her. I'm lucky that her phone # was on the order or else it could have been a problem.The flowers were NOT coming to me but to her. I'm just glad she received them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
