I paid to have my delivery by 12:00pm but it dod not arrive till after 1pm i wish to receive a refund for that extra fee.

I heard the flowers were beautiful but did not appreciate that the price went from just under $30 on the face page to just under $50 by the final page! I was going to send myself some flowers today but decided it would be much better to wait for the rise in my backyard to bloom. The service was very prompt but will only indulge on Very Special occasions.
I'm happy with FYF but not the florist they used.

For the price, I am very disappointed in the bouquet. I ordered the deluxe bouquet, it is small and arranged poorly. The one I had purchased a couple of weeks ago, from elsewhere, and for much less, was 2x's as large. Guess I will go back there. Sorry, bouquet leaves much to be desired.
I paid extra for it to be delivered in a 4 hour time period and wasn't delivered within that time

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
