It didn't say anything about the almost $15 handling charge untill check out. I almost cancelled.They didn't deliver on time so it had to wait for delivery untill the next day. They did change the delivery adress and upgraded the arrangement to make up for it and they added a letter of apologies for there mess up on the delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
