They forgot about the order. I called them an hour after they were supposed to deliver to find out what happened and where's my order. Customer service was awful. Kept sending me to tracking dept. even after I told them no one would answer. Received order 2 hours later. And they charge twice the handling & process charge. Followed by twice the charge to have it by 12:00. And still didn't get them until 2:00. Was refunded $9.98. For the supposed to be on time service.

Ordering was easy but one representative told me one thing and the other told me another. I ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday only to find out she would be gone for five days. When i called about two hours after orderng th rep said they cldnt do anything about it and if UPS cld not help me to call back and they wld do a complientary re-send. The 2nd rep said no they cldnt do that. Just disappointed and will not use this coompany again.
I am the one that purchased the flowers and had them delivered to a friend. She posted a picture of them and it was nothing like what I ordered. Somewhat disappointed.

I ordered 2 different arrangements to be delivered the same day to the same address. One order was perfect, exactly as specified. The 2nd order was addressed only to one of the two persons listed. Also, the card enclosed was incorrect- it listed only one sender "love, Mom" instead of "love, Mom and Dad". The colors of flowers used in the arraignment were not as pictured. I realize that sometimes substitutions must be made; however, the flowers were very different and not at all as advertised.
I ordered the Florist Designed Bouquet for $19.99 which included the free shipping/handling/and all service charge. I was skeptical at first as I've never used your company before. My mom just received her flowers for her Birthday, and she absolutely loves the arrangement. They are very beautiful. You guys even delivered it with a water filled vase for free. I can't thank you enough for making her day so special. You have surely earned a committed loyal customer. I am going to refer you to everyone I know! Beautiful arrangement. Flowers were bright and in perfect bloom. Wish the vase had some type of decor around the neck, but otherwise beautiful arrangement.
Flowers and chocolates ordered in the morning on-line in London and delivered early afternoon same day in Florida. It made my best friend so happy on her birthday. Great service and wonderful flower arrangement and lovely chocolates. Fab service, I recommend fromyouflowers.
