I had a problem called. Y'all helped solve. Yet when I received the flowers... They sucked. Some were wilted. The colors were nothing like the picture. Highly disappointed.

I was so disappointed in fromyouflowers

I was so disappointed in fromyouflowers. I ordered a funeral cross for a viewing (Sunday p.m & Monday a.m.) and the funeral at 2 p.m. I ordered Saturday morning...total cost $151. I was called Saturday night and told that it could not be delivered on Sunday, but the floral cross would be there by 10:00 a.m. Monday. Then, I got a call Sunday, and they stated that they were going to have to substitute the flowers because the florist didn't have the flowers as described in the order sheet, but they promised it would be "excellent", and would be delivered at 10:00 a.m. Monday. At 11:45 a.m. Monday...the flowers were suppose to be "on the way". I paid good money for a service and a product, and didn't get either. I would recommend using another floral service rather than fromyouflowers.

Same day service was excellent and the flowers looked and smelled great. One small thing - the printed card was laid out funny and didn't maintain the layout I put in on the web site. Other than that, very happy with the service.

A small error occurred initially when the flowers were delivered, they arrived on the date ordered, not the date requested for delivery. Your company not only responded promptly and professionally, but went beyond our expectations and delivered a second beautiful arrangement on the day requested without charge. THANK YOU SO MUCH. We will always order from you in the future.

A florist could not be located that could deliver on the specified date in the city my friend was hospitalized. So the flowers were delivered the following day with my approval. "From You Flowers" gave me an upgrade and my friend said they were "gorgeous". She also sent me a photo and they truly were gorgeous. The company was in contact with me by phone and e-mail. I appreciated their thoroughness and ability to handle the situation in a more than acceptable manner for my benefit. Everyone I had contact with was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for making my first experience with your company a great one! I will shop with you again.

I purchased the Deluxe size of flowers; however the recipient sent me a picture of the flowers received and it was very disappointing to me. It was a LOT smaller than described/pictured (the deluxe is pictured) and looked like the REGULAR size (lower price) and not the upgraded Deluxe size that I requested and paid for. I will NOT be using this site again as the flower vendors it uses cannot be trusted to ensure delivery of what the customer pays and requests.

I bought a fruit/gift basket for a sympathy gift. Paid $10 extra for chocolates. It was delivered to my friend in a different state. I ordered around noon, and they delivered the same day, for a nominal extra fee. The basket was a bit more than I would have liked to pay, but my friend said that it was a nice selection of fruit - and she enjoyed the chocolates. I would recommend this service!
