Arrangement was beautiful
I ordered a gift basket of plants and I thought it would be appropriate for Easter...but the plants were delivered in a ceramic pot instead...not at all like the picture online! Still, it was easy to order and my niece and nephew were very pleased!

Recipient sent me a photo of the flowers I sent - I was disappointed - looks like someone went in the backyard, cut a few flowers, daisies and irises (which only open one day) and put in a jar - didn't have that WOW look - no design. The ends of the bow weren't even trimmed - guess uess I was expecting more for the price. Delivery was great - same day.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery and the flowers were not delivered until later afternoon the next day. From You Flowers was very apologetic and did take off the delivery charge and was supposed to issue a 20% discount which seemed to me to be a little short. But they did give me a gift card to make up for the confusion in the delivery. I have ordered many times from them and will continue to order. I may not choose same delivery again but we'll see.
The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and way better then the picture on the website showed! Very satisfied

I think the delivery charges should be stated up front.
There were fewer roses on the delivered item than were on the item as photographed on the web site.
My flowers were nothing like the picture. Was totally embarrased by my arrangement. Will never use the web site again.$70.00 down the drain and embarrassed at that!

The experience was great. Although I did not see the final product, they arrived by 11am, which was great and the recipient was very excited so I was very pleased.
I was not pleased that after check out I was charged a 15.00 handling fee... My 30 purchase was pushing 50 at the end and that was not okay!
