My daughter was very happy with the flower arrangement, and loved them. Ordering was easy, fast, and so was the delivery.
Beautiful selections. Simple steps. Fast service
Website is set up in such a way that if I choose to change flower selection, it forces me to start all over again. Frustrating because I already wrong the message and I have to start from scratch with a blank message window if I go back to choose a different arrangement.
Also wish the site would let the customer know in the beginning that there is a $39.99 shipping charge if the order is under $39.99. And wish the Service/Handling fee would be stated somewhere on the site, before placing the order.

Delivery time was perfect and product was beautiful.
I placed my same day order and called to confirm the delivery time after 3 pm. They were for my girlfriend who did not get to work until 3pm. When I called I was promised and guaranteed that the flowers would not be delivered until my requested time.
And hour later I received an email that confirmed my order had been delivered... Thanks for that. I called and the woman on the phone had nothing to say snd did not provide any form of compensation what so ever. Would not suggest this service I family or friends. Esoecialky if it's an important event.

Okay, so the first time was not delivered... yes the company made up for this inconvenient and upgraded my order to be delivered next day, is okay but, this was to be a surprise for some one special and it still was, but the day it actually got delivered I wasn't there...
Over all I think I will try this company again in the future, hopefully this was a rare incident from their service.
