Not only disappointed but down right disgusted. An absolute nightmare,embarrassing for me and my girlfriend. Theres a disconnect between the site and the florist down to the delivery driver the entire operation needs more oversite and you should think about entirely removing your same day delivery ad its misleading for those that are on a schedule...I will nvr use this company again ha ha!
Easy! I ordered the flower size that's in the middle. I paid so there would be more flowers and more full. They appeared to be a small bunch of flowers. Pretty but not certainly not the size I ordered.
Flowers were beautiful, fresh and looked like photo, but they in packed super tight. I was hoping for a more sizeable vase and effect since I upgraded to highest level.
Pet Peeve though: ugly, printed handwriting, and misspelled "always" to "alway" - makes me look dumb.
Since the flowers were sent out of town I have no idea what they looked like or when they were delivered.
