The flowers and balloon were great, she loved it! Unfortunately, I paid for expedited and same day delivery which was not accomplished. The flowers were not delivered within the 4 hour time frame and actually weren't delivered until the next day. I hope that you will refund the amount of $4.99 for the expedited delivery plus the $2.99 for the same day delivery since it was not delivered until the next day. Please email me and let me know that you will refund the extra amount at your earliest convenience.
