The system was easy to manipulate and I had no problems. The gift sent was well received the recipient called to express how please with the flower arrangement. The flowers were delivered early and in her words "just beautiful", she received lots of complements. For special occasions and events, or just wanting someone to know you're thinking of them I will definitely use this service again.

There was a misunderstanding by me on free delivery. I thought I read it and complained. The company offered me the free delivery with the code. It turns out, I can't read, because the ad said nothing about free delivery. I was offered a discount because of the misunderstanding, even though it was my error and not theirs. This tells me this is an honorable, top of the group, online florist. They will get more of my business and I will tell others what a great company to work with they are. Let me say again, it was my mistake and not theirs. Kudo's to this company. A class act. Thank you.

I had issues I've already talked to the CS about. They did their part and said the flowers would show up upgraded. The upgrade was a joke. I'd hate to see what the midline looked like.

I would like the Expedite fee refunded - the flowers did not arrive on time - they were almost three hours late. I paid an extra $4.99 to have them delivered by noon - the Wake began at 2:00 and the flowers were not there yet. They weren't there at 2:30... they arrived some time around 3:00. Roses were starting to brown. Card was in such a small typeface it was difficult to read. I will not order from this company again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
