I'm angry. What I ordered is not what the recipient received. I'm trying to contact the company who did the order. Based on this experience I will never order from you again.
Your products & efficiency are very good. My only frustration is that your rewards change so fast. Yesterday, this product was a higher price;but I would have had free shipping. It seems like I feel I never get a deal. Because I have had many compliments from my recipients, I am sure I will continue to order from you.

The flowers are pretty, but I pay extra to get it before 12:00 noon to be a surprise and I got it at 400pm, I should get a refund do the product was not delivery on time and my daughter surprise fail, due she able to see the flowers at 1130pm, the day was over. I really disappointed my first time order and no good expire.
The picture displayed was not what was received. It looked rushed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
