It came a day earlier then the original delivery date.

I received a delivery confirmation email, when in fact, the flowers were NOT delivered. My daughter was in labor all day on the 24th so I could not follow up until the 25th. I called the customer "service " 800 number and waited more than 20 minutes on hold and no one ever answered. I then used the email response and specifically requested someone call me to confirm that imy order would be taken care of. I got a very impersonal email response. When the flowers were finally delivered an entire day late, some of daisy's were starting to wilt and the roses are not opening. I am VERY disappointed in the quality. I might would give your service another time if I got a free order or a reimbursement for this. Otherwise you can be sure I will never use this site again. And when friends ask me which online service to use, I will tell them about this experience and to NOT use fromyouflowers.com!
I previously set up an account with you but could not find a place to just sign in as already set up. I had to retype all info again and still don't know how to just log in with all my info in place.
The delivery got messed up but worked out ok in the end.

Up grading my previous comment. Flowers were left on front porch and my sister didn't get them until the day after her birthday. Carrier did not knock on the door to let her know they were there. First time there has been a problem.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
