I thought I was getting a bargain since my money is tight, but it was a surprise to see the extra charges after I had given all the information & sending this is very important to me. I wish I would have known from the beginning but it is done & I hope my Grandson is happy.

This was a gift sent to another city, I was sent a photo and the arrangement and it had a handle on the basket which was not what I wanted; but that is minor. The flowers appeared to be lovely. It was easy to order on line.

The gift was recieved damaged and squeshed unfortunately. Had I realized it was from SD directly I would not have sent the Strawberries. I was disappointed to say the least
The ordering process and shipping experience was great- 5 stars. The flowers arrived quickly by the next day- also great. I didn't realize local shops weren't used and they came from another state. The delicate flowers arrived with wilted ends and frankly they look aged right out of the box. It says free shipping but charge a $20 handling fee at checkout which was a surprise. Overall, these particular 2 dozen roses are not worth $82. It's disappointing to gift your spouse 2 dozen wilted roses for her 20th anniversary.
These were delivered to our graduating senior granddaughter in lake oswego, Oregon. Her Mom said they were the first flowers she had ever received. They sent a picture. Beautiful. And bouquet was her school colors. Thank you.

Website is so confusing, had to enter my information; times! Would be nice had you mentioned Service/Handling fee upfront, after you go thru the hassle of entering everything!
Flowers arrived, but were nothing like the picture of what I selected. Colors were not even close, and none of the flowers were the same as shown on your website. I understand that substitutions may have to be made...but really? All of the flowers were substitutes! Very disappointed!
