I ordered the midsize sunflower arrangement for my son's anniversary. When we did FT with him he thanked us for the arrangement and showed it to me. It looked very small
And not what I had thought I had purchased. I called customer service and was provided a $10 gift card for a next purchase. But after this experience, I am not sure there will be a next purchase
The flowers delivered were not the same nor a comparable replacement. I therefore sent cheap looking flowers to a funeral of a dear friend. I submitted photos and Customer service gave me a 25% discount. I had previously ordered flowers for a bday and was very satisfied. Not sure I will use them again.

The order was received timely! From the photo sent by the recipient the flowers look slightly wilted than the photos on your website. Still very colorful though. Recipient said they were pleased, but not sure if they were just being gracious or not.
The gal that was delivering was a little confused at first but she found where she was to deliver them to. She called me to let me know they were delivered. Very friendly gal.
