Very good so far the 14.99 handling charge is a bit steep.
The process was easy. I wasn't going to order because there was a $17 handling fee at first but then an email came saying service/handling fee was free. That is what made me finally place the order. If the flowers are as pretty as the pictures when they arrive I will certainly place more orders. Thank You!

I chose to purchase the designed by florist but I wish they'd have sent me a photo of the arrangement so I could know what was delivered.

I paid for expedited delivery as it was the day of my daughter's college graduation and I wanted her to get her first floral delivery to her new workplace. Delivery should have occurred by 12:30. At 2:00 They still had not arrived. The florist said they had been on the delivery vehicle since 11:00 a.m. The said they called the delivery location to see what time my daughter worked until and guaranteed delivery by 3:00. They were not delivered until 3:30.
I agree this is probably the florist issue, but, I'm still disappointed.

I was very suprised about the somewhat substantial service and handling fee when checking out. The pictures on the website apparently are representative of the Premium item selection (most expensive choice of the 3 - Regular, Deluxe and Premium) and not the regular item I selected as told to me by customer service in response to my inquiry after delivery. The picture is what sold me the arrangement to begin with. Perhaps that should be indicated prior to checkout somehow. The vase did not match the picture either. As they say - a picture is worth a thousand words. The delivery service executed in a timely fashion. If I use the site again i would be more inclined to order the premium selection and not the regular or deluxe so I am not disappointed but that would be unlikely that i would order again because premium is an additional 33% more than regular item.

From receiving a photo of the end result, I have emailed customer service as I feel the price ultimately didn't match my purchase. The flowers looked empty and didn't try hard enough, even if it wasn't exact flowers. The price didn't compare for a nice gesture. I feel embarrassed as this is a new contact for me. It's insulting. I liked that I received a Google discount. I didnt like that there was a $14.99 service fee on top of other fees. I would be happy to pay a $5.00 service fee.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
