I ordered the Pretty Please bouquet. I was so disappointed that the flowers delivered were nothing like the picture, on your web page. I chose Pretty Please because of the selection of flowers and the colors (pink, white and lavender). The flowers that were received where mostly green fern, 3 yellow lilies, a couple of purples, an orange flower and some babies breath and a large pink looped bow stuck in the middle. Very disappointing!
This was the most user friendly site i have used so far. With that being said I paid extra for the quicker delivery which was to be within 4 hours. It took them 6.5 hours. I will not order from them again.
Our friends absolutely loved the flowers and said they were beautiful and sent a picture of them and they were! They looked just like they are shown online! We're very pleased and would definitely use your services again!

The flowers were to celebrate my daughter-in-law's birthday and when I spoke to here she was very pleased with the flowers, telling me that they were beautiful. As I requested, my daughter-in-law was called at work, and the flowers were delivered to her office so there was no problem with the flowers sitting outside waiting for her. Thank you for a lovely gift that was carefully delivered.

Had a bit of an issue with the pages loading or they would just go back to the home page so I had to restart my order like 3 times but other than that it was easy to navigate the site. I was guaranteed delivery before noon and I'm pretty sure it was late.

Did not want to include a signature. The message was all that i needed. However your system would not move forward without a signature on the gift card. After going through the entire process, the 3 hour late delivery, the flowers that were tiny and nothing like the picture, I will not be using this company again. One good thing the gentleman I talked with on the phone was very nice, polite and helpful.
