Very easy process. Prices were very good. Was very disappointed with the flowers. Nothing like the flowers that were pictured. There was one big splatted flower in the middle, and some other thing in the center too. Not at all what I hoped they would have turned out. Not a very sunshine bouquet.

The flowers took longer then expected to receive amd where left outside we got no call from driver to ask if the recipient was home And let me know they were left outside. But i forgot about that bad experience when i saw the beautiful arangement. It artangement was above my expecttion it is beautiful who ever made it did a great job..
Thank you for such wonderful service. I had bought an anniversary arrangement for my son and his wife. I chose the vase that could be personalized with a picture from their wedding. Unfortunately, my son is in Afghanistan so I knew his wife was going to struggle with not having him home to celebrate. She absolutely loved the arrangement and it brought back good memories from their wedding day. Thanks again!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
