Did not look like picture at all
This was a birthday gift. She loved them. Great service
The purchase process was good and the customer service was good but the the flowers received were nothing like the picture I ordered. I was extremely disappointed.
Service fees are so high that there is no deal.

Something I didn't like is that when I decided to send a gift and chose the product at X price, I did all the process to pay for it, but at the very last step in the process my end price was increased with a new item, 'services/handling' that increased my total cost by almost 40%!. So I abandoned the order.
But, 15 minutes after I had abandoned the order I received an Email offering a 'special discount' for the same amount they had intended to charge for 'services /handling'. I. don't think, this it is a transparent way to make business.
I didn't like the fact that they didn't give me the whole price of item until I was checking out and I ended up paying the doble of the initial price for the flowers and small box of chocolates.
Pre Delivery: Delivery charge seems high...hope the flowers are delivered fresh and in good shape

The flowers delivered a day earlier than ordered The only issue is that 2 out of the three yellow roses withered away.

Delivery time was Great, customer service (calling to add to the address) was absolutely Amazing but I did not receive a notification when the gift was delivered and most important the flowers did not look fresh, the tulips looked withered and the sunflowers looked rough..
Had a sympathy arrangement delivered that I ordered on line. Was very pleased with the delivery and the arrangement. There was a 20% discount at the time so the price was very reasonable and a timely followup provided also.

I recieved the cofimation that's the orders was delivered at 4 pm and when I call my mom she didn't get it so I called you guys and it's took another 3more hour's to get it
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
