All went well, I'm very pleased.
The flowers were of course slightly different than the picture, but I know that it's not uncommon for flowers to be substituted. I will say that the choices they made for the substitutions were beautiful and the bouquet was lovely.

Was NOT what I ordered online. Very disappointed. I skyped my friend who received them,and I saw them. Vase was not blue, no blue flower accents,and had daisies. The vase was a ugly gold or yellow...will not be ordering from your site again. The main reason I ordered was because of the blue vase and blue flower accents.
I forgot you have the $14.99 handling fee...you should indicate this somewhere before going through the complete order process.
I made a same day flower delivery purchase to the tune of 65.00. Guaranteed delivery by 12 noon. Made the reservation at 8am. At 2:00pm, I finally emailed the company and received a reply stating that the same day service wasn't available in the area. So sorry... the flowers will be delivered tomorrow. Nice.
Tomorrow isn't the date of the occasion that I was sending the flowers for.

I'm amending my comments from my previous poor rating. I ordered these flowers via my phone & it didn't have the option to view the difference between standard, deluxe & the most expensive so I got quite frustrated. Your website using a PC has that option and my second order to my aunt was a very pleasant experience.

I wish I could see pictures of real size flowers (maybe with a person holding them). It's just hard to figure how big they will be. The flowers turned out to be completely different, and they totally ignored the color of the balloons I requested...The bouquet itself was nice looking, just totally different... The flowers arrived in a timely fashion. I feel the price should be slightly lower bc of the inconsistency with customer's selection.
