I thought the price was great so I could even add a balloon to my order. I put the wrong birthday on the card and very late the night before I emailed to have this changed and it was successfully! So grateful.
Flowers were beautiful but my mom (who they were delivered to), was a bit concerned when they were delivered. The delivery person arrived in a private car and did not have anything on them to identify them as a florist. For example a logo on their shirt or on the car. Other than that it was great.
The balloons were for my daughter's birthday - she loved them and I was happy they were delivered on time.
I didn't see the flowers in person but understand they were beautiful.

First the deliver were two weeks before the date that i have set up.
It was for the 21th and delivering was the 7th.
And second ive pait a supplement for a birthday balloon who's missing at the deliver.
I'm really upset and unsatisfied.
The flowers I ordered were based on a certain look and feel. The colors matched but the idea that my mom loves wildflowers and the vase was supposed to be a mason jar and we didn't get any of that just a similar color scheme and the vase was no where near a mason jar was a little disappointing. She however did not know what I ordered and did like them.

The prices are inconsistent. I went to the site, almost bought the item and the prices changed each time I visited the site. Additionally, the basket I purchased had different items in it then the one depicted in the picture. I did love the easy and fast service. The same day option is great.

I think the flowers are a little pricey, but they are anywhere you order online, so at least they're comparable.
The shopping experience was great. I didn't even mind paying a little more than other places. But the received product did not look like the picture. No bow and looked a little thin. My daughter was happy but I was expecting more.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
