The flowers didn't really look like the picture or as full as the arrangement was on the site... not very happy. I have ordered twice from this site the first time I ordered it was perfect this time not so much.
The delivery cost additional for before noon. It was delivered after noon and the flowers were way less in quality than was shown.
I've used fromyouflowers before and they haven't disappointed me yet. I just sent a sympathy basket overseas and the ordering process was simple, just as you would do for a domestic delivery, and it got there on time. I highly recommend fromyouflowers.

I was very disappointed in the arrangement.
Compared to the photo, there are about half the amount of flowers.
I figure for the cost that I paid, it would have been much fuller. I could have bought this arrangement,@ a grocery store, for half the price.
I placed one order for two items going to the same place. I was charged two delivery charges.
The cut flower arrangement was exactly as shown and was absolutely beautiful.
The plant was very small and in a plastic pot (not as shown and not worth the money)

Paid extra for the 4 hour delivery and it wasn't delivered until 6 hours later. Not that much of a difference for me but it could be all the difference for someone else so just think its bad business to guarantee something and not see it through.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
