Last time I used your service it was a fail. This time the delivery was in the early morning which worked out great. The vendors version of the product advertised on your site fell short of my expectations, I do realize that is beyond your control but I guess that's the chance you take unfortunately.

It is hard to tell the difference in the different size options because there is not a change in the arrangement on screen when choosing a different size. Shipping is unknown until the end, would be great to have a link that provides that estimate before completing the order or entering your credit card.

I think you should include service charge in delivery charge. That way customers will have a better idea of the total cost.

I don't know what the bouquet delivered looked like, but the delivery came well in time to surprise my daughter at work for her birthday...and that makes me happy.

The original price was 27.99 with discount applied-changed mind when shipping was 14.99...you sent email saying free shipping so i placed order again only to find that the cost had gone back up 7 dollars...so you see it really wasn't free shipping! And no roses as pictured online!

I did not personally see the flowers but my daughter said they were beautiful.

I ordered a fruit basket for my sister who had just come home from having surgery. The basket arrived just as she got home and was beautifully packaged. She sent me a picture of the delivery. She was delighted, and so am I.

I paid for delivery before 12pm, it did not arrive until 2pm which is the end of her work day. I also provided her personal cell number and the flowers were left in a cafeteria and not with her. It was to be a surprise for her and I in turn had to tell her to look for the delivery.

Flowers delivered to my best friend showed brown on the end of the roses, those petals should have been picked off. The overall presentation was good but it could have used a bow to make it complete.

The balloon bouquet we sent was very nice to brighten some ones day.

I gave this to my friend who just lost her mom she was so pleased and said she even got a box of candy with the delivery. I will definitly use this company again

Same day delivery did not make it, but I think it was handled well.
The bouquet was not great, I was given an upgrade due to the delivery time being missed.
I expected it would be a bigger bouquet but instead it was kind of small to medium but they used more expensive flowers, that in my opinion did not look that great together. The recipient was happy so that's all that matters.

This is my second time using this company. Service was wonderful. The flowers were lovely and at a very reasonable price.
