Fast and easy
I dropped it down to 3 stars because you have to opt out for the stupid magazines and you have to scroll down to see that part. I didn't notice that the first time and now I get Glamour delivered to my vacation home when I am not there. That is stupid
I paid extra to have the flowers delivered before noon. It was 4:30 before it arrived. They did refund my delivery charge. However, the recipient had to accept her flowers at the door instead of having them there as a surprise.
The plant was not delivered on the day it was ordered although it was ordered early in the morning. On the second day, the customer service representative said she would check it out as soon as the local store opened and call me back. Never heard from her again. I called again later on the second day and was told it was on route. It did arrive that evening but, unfortunately, was nothing special. Small house plants that were not interesting and a silly big pink bow. It was a housewarming, not a baby girl. Sadly disappointed in timing of delivery, follow-up from customer service, and lack of product quality. Thank you for the opportunity to "vent".
The balloons and teddy bear were a preschool graduation gift for my granddaughter who was unable to attend her graduation because she was ill. She was beyond excited to receive the balloons and teddy bear! My only complaint is that when ordering the teddy bear, you only gave general sizes, i.e., small, medium or large. I didn't know the actual size of the teddy bear. I think a measurement would have been a better way to judge.

I was very pleased with the beautiful arrangement I ordered for the funeral of a very dear friend. It was beautifully arranged and I was satisfied with the selection I chose for the occasion.

My daughter sent me a picture, holding her flowers. I was totally embarassed! I spent almost $80 (at a discount, the site said), and this arrangement would equal a $5.00 arrangement from a grocery store. I have no design experience and could have done better. You should be ashamed of yourselves. As far as I'm concerned, you owe me some money back. My daughter's flowers appear to have been mixed up with a $5.00 order with $15.00 shipping. I wanted her to feel special at work, and as a leader, she should have something great from her parents. Please refund my money, or send her a decent arrangement next week--like the one PICTURED on the WEBSITE! For the record, this is as professional and courteous as your company deserves. This was a 100% awful experience! Thank heavens for cell phone pics, or you would get away with deceiving more people more of the time.

My family called me and told me the flowers were delivered on time to the funeral home and were beautiful. I recommended fromyouflowers.com to other family members and they also placed orders!
Same day delivery is amazing and never disappoints!
Delivery was supposed to be at my wifes office before 2pm. It came around 3;30 and my wife had left for the day. I am out of town and today is our anniversary. Not good. You dropped the ball.
The reason I gave "Overall Price" a 3 Star because I'm wondering if I wasn't ordering from Hawai'i and
ordered from the mainland instead would it have cost the same? Price was alittle steep but it was for my
mother. I also gave a 3 Star "How satisfied were you with the products/services that you received?"
because I ordered the Brilliant & Bright Bouquet. It was my fathers 2 yr. Anniversary of his passing & I
wanted to brighted up my mother's day. She said the bouquet is beautiful. I asked her if the vase was
orange said no it's clear. I choose this bouquet because I thought the vase added to the arrangement it
wasn't just another plain clear vase. I feel I should of been contacted to let know that the vase was not
available & given the option to choose something else or cancel order.
Ordering was easy and efficient. Can't rate the product as I will not see it personally but sure it's close to what I ordered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
