Your site is misleading and deceptive. The link said free shipping and yet you charged me $14.99! What is up with that! Plus you only took $10 off, but discount was supposed to be $12.00! Very deceptive. I will never order from you again.

I paid for same delivery and they did not deliver them till 230 pm the next day, I had to keep calling to make sure they were going to make it before the business I was sending them to closed. I ordered 5 orders of flowers and they came from 2 different flower shops, why I don't know. I have ordered from you before and never had this many problems.

The vase did not exactly reflect the design I had instructed in reference to the scripture. The order was left on the doorsteps instead of it being delivered by hand.

Was easy to add items to shopping cart and continue shopping. Other florist sites wouldn't let me do that. Seeing as both bouquets are going to the same address I would appreciate a combined cheaper delivery fee instead of paying double delivery.
I would have liked an option to comment on my order e.g. I would have liked to have requested for orange flowers to be included.

At first I was happy to find a florist in the town my daughter lives in but they were late in delivery and very disappointed with the arrangement. This was a birthday bouquet for my granddaughter who just turned 6 and the arrangement looked nothing like the picture of the flowers, vase and ribbons I chose. No purple flowers, a couple of green pom poms and hardly any daises or red carnations. No multi color ribbons just a couple of red ribbons tied around a tall vase and sparse flowers.
I would not recommend the Petaluma florist who delivered this arrangement. An embarrassment for your company to use them.
Not worth the $46.53 I spent.

Nice service, but your service and handling fees are ridiculous. Half the cost of the flowers? Come on! It may keep me from using your site in the future. They arrived in good shape, however.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
