I've ordered three times from your site. The flowers are always beautiful but you have too many additional fees.

The flowers were left outside in the heat. He did not know that and I called to let you know he didn't get them. He did receive them hours after. Someone should of called to let us know they were out in the 90 degree heat. I appreciate your following up with me. I tried to call them and they were gone on Saturday.

Originally I posted that I was overall pleased. However, I just found out there were no tulips in the flowers though that was mentioned and shown in the order. It was even mentioned in my card to the receiver. I am really disappointed. The whole point of this order was to have tulips in the order.

I am sure the flowers were fine. The lady I sent them to went on vacation and didn't even see them. They were taken inside from a family member. So I messed up and sent them to her darning her vacation. I will definitely order thru you again.

So far experience wonderful. Flowers hopefully will be as good. The flowers were delivered on a very hot day. They rang the bell but didn't wait for a response. There was 2 people home. They left the flowers outside in very hot weather. When the flowers where brought in after about an hour the water in the flowers were hot. My sister in law took the flowers out of the vase and put in fresh water and hopefully the flowers will last and stay beautiful.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
