The flowers were for a friend who lost her husband. After the funeral I went to her house and saw the flowers there. I had ordered the "florist designed" option. It was a nice bouquet, a little smaller than I expected but nice. The words I asked to to go on the card were written a little sloppy, but at least readable. Overall a decent experience.

So I basically paid $70 for a bunch of crackers... The items are not that pictured. Also, instead of a card there was an ugly piece of paper 1x2inches. The note was all messed up, no separation between sentenced, no separate signature, just all mixed together. Very unsatisfied!

This was the easiest site I've ever used for flowers (and fastest)
They charge a premium to deliver to Marin County California. They also charged a fee to Gurantee delieveryou by 12p. They completely missed the event, never delivered and now won't refund money. Terrible people. Terrible service. In the last 3 days theyve now phoned me 21 times and emailed me 7 times. Each time they either refund or recharge me. This is harassment. I can't block them as they have a restricted number. They've even called the recipient of the flowers. They need to put this effort into delivering on their promises not scamming people.
