One of the only sites that I could find just after 3pm the day before Father's Day who could deliver my dad's favorite, roses, before 12pm the next day. My dad told me they are beautiful and came when promised, before 12pm.

Prices could have been a bit cheaper especially after you add tax, delivery before noon and... I had a delivery for Saturday but the vendor didn't have the items to complete my basket so I had to do Sunday. I called several times and keep getting disconnected and on hold for a very long time. When I called the first time to find out why my basket wasn't delivered by noon I was told the vendor was running behind? That is not my problem especially since I paid an additional fee to have it delivered by a certain time. It wasn't until I called the third time to find out the vendor didn't have the items to complete my basket! This is my first time and last time ordering from you guys. Not satisfied at all. I got a discount and certificate but all the cramp FromyouFlowers put me through I should of gotten my stuff for free and all my money back!

I was disappointed not to receive the same day service and even more so because I was not contacted regarding the matter. How ever the CSR I spoke with offered to make some pricing adjustments for the inconvenience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
