FromYouFlowers has always delivered quality flowers and are reliable. However, I ordered a "wreath" of flowers for my brother's funeral. I expected it to be a floor stand and good sized wreath. My sister-in-law took photos and the stand is small and set on a countertop. The wreath is small also. Not what I expected or wanted. I have ordered before and saw the size of the previous wreaths. They were always good size. Totally disappointed at what was sent this time.
Was supposed to have an upgraded order as they weren't delivered yesterday and they look the same as the regular order and picture. Beautiful, but not sure of the upgrade.

I use your service semi regularly for work, whenever there is a surgery or death in our little work family we send flowers or plants. Your service offers better prices and one of the best parts is you offer same day delivery on a lot of your products. I remembered this yesterday morning when I realized I had forgotten to send my new husband something for his birthday. I quickly hopped on your site and saw the candy basket, he LOVES candy. I ordered it, paid for same day delivery and paid to make sure it was there by noon because I knew he would leave early. Around 1p I still hadn't heard anything, getting nervous I used your tracking feature to email your customer service department. About an hour and fifteen minutes later they called. I was on the phone with a client but I called them back just moments later. They informed me that not only was my order not going to make it on time (duh it was already 2.5 hours late) but that it wouldn't be able to be delivered until tomorrow. Your representative was very understanding as I lamented that I had tried so hard to get something there that day. She told me that they were switching florists and that they were upgrading the basket to the next tier and refunding my $4.99 for delivery by noon. I thanked her profusely and went about my day.
Flash forward to today, while it wasn't delivered as early as I had hoped, it arrived looking spectacular!
It was full of candy (as it should be) and looked very cute with a big blue bow!
I just wanted to take a moment to call attention to this because THIS is what makes lifelong happy customers. We hit a bump in the road and we found a way around it. I am so grateful to your company for taking the time to listen to and find ways to fix issues. Things happen it is how you deal with it that matters and you guys dealt with it brilliantly!

The recipient was very pleased with the product. It apparently was packaged very well which kept the item in perfect condition.
The only negative was the delivery price of 20.00 which seems a bit pricey.
But the desired outcome was achieved.
They're a little on the expensive side, but I understand that. When delivering to an area with a minimum price, using an add-on would have been preferred to adding more flowers. Both ladies I sent flowers to, called me and raved about how beautiful they are. Thank you.

Product was ordered with no substitution and they delivered accordingly with beautiful arrangement including vase of color. Only issue was time of delivery due to speciality of product. They had to special order material for arranment and were late in delivery. I paid extra to delivered in morning due to possible recipient's absence in afternoon. Fromyouflowers.com will be refunding extra amount. Only one suggestion I have is - I wish they have contacted me about they being late in delivery. My final words are - recipient and I are very happy with product delivered.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
