Simple to use. But I was disappointed with one of the arrangements for my father's funeral. It was very skimpy on flowers especially for the price. I wanted to contact you before now to let you know I wasn't pleased, but the pain of losing my father has been more than I can bear.
I had the flowers delivered to my wife's work. After she got home late at night and I saw the sign. I was very disappointed. The bouquet was very beautiful, but it was very small. The size of the bouquet look nothing like the picture. And I even paid for the deluxe.
Great value. Will be placing all my order here from now on.

The site is great, but once i got to the funeral home i was highly disappointed. I thought it was going to be abit bigger. The flowers were beautiful but arrangement was too small.
Expedited and still came after 5pm. I called to track it and they placed delivered on the order a hour or so prior to her getting it at 5:13pm on saturday.

Not sure if I really needed to pay for an expedited morning delivery. You could just ask for a time of the service. Ordering two days prior, you should be able to get it there on time. I had issues before with a next day delivery. I have already sent a separate email of how disappointed I was with the flowers. Wilting flowers, holes in the bouquet, just looked absolutely shabby. I even paid to take the bouquet to a second level; and what was delivered shouldn't even be labeled a first level. Very very disappointed.
I felt the arrangement looked very amateurish. I could have mage a prettier bouquet out of what they sent. Not sure what florist was used locally for the order.

THE 20 PERCENT DISCOUNT WAS NOT CLEARLY INDICATED THAT IT WAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
I picked the florists choice, the only flower arrangement besides the one the family ordered was small and the worst funeral arrangement ever, it had Kelly green flowers and a Kelly green ribbon, if that's what I paid for its very embarrassing.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
