Substitutions were made. They weren't the best. Customer service was great.
I was contacted due to an issue with what I ordered was unable to be processed. Tony explained the situation, as well several possible solutions which ended with a different arrangement equaling in price what I had originally ordered, as well guaranteeing same day delivery. Ensuring that the transaction would go smoothly, I was placed on hold several times, with each step being fully explained to me. I was VERY impressed by Tony, and by the end of the transaction, I had no more questions. The delivery was even more impressive, as they made sure we received the arrangement (left on the porch). I received a phone call/voicemail, and the driver waited until the flowers were picked up before she left. My wife was VERY pleased with the flowers, for we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. What could have gone off the rails, turned out to be a great experience from start to finish. Thanks to all involved! Highly recommend!
