The flower arrangement I saw online was amazing. However at the time of the delivery, when I saw the flower arrangement in person, it was indeed - disappointing. No vivid colors within the flowers as it appeared online. The flowers were nearly dead and it was an overall sad and dysfunctional arrangement. Definitely not worth the amount spent.

My order was nothing like the order I ordered online. I want a refund. This is very embarrassing. I was expecting to send my daughter a nice floral arrangement and it was nothing like what I ordered. Half of them were wilted. None of the flowers were in there that were in the order I ordered.

The arrangement was small even though I upgraded to large. However the flowers were beautiful & full! The delivery service was horrible. They called the receipant and said they couldn't find the house. She provided directions. They told her they would be there within the hour. They didn't show up until 4 hours later.
The vendor did not follow instructions on the order. It was to be delivered to 6th floor Suite 605. And instead it was delivered to another building Suite 304. No one in the doctor's office knew it had been delivered. No one called me to ask me any questions.
