Selection of flowers was great. Ordering a little confusing. I have an account but unable to login. Called customer service and was advised "don't need to sign into account...sign in as guest". What is the sense of having a login ID and password?

Was very excited to see the Hershey's cake. It's for my wife's 50th birthday, so if it is anywhere close to what the picture indicates, she will love it!
After receiving the item, I was not exactly excited for when I opened the box I saw that the chocolate bars had melted somewhat. Add to that the fact that a small elastic band was snuggly in place to hold both stacks of candy bars together, so just imagine what that made the melted candy bars look like! Unfortunately, the package had sat on our front porch for approximately 2.5 hours in upper 70's/lower 80's temperatures. Even at that, it should not have been as much a problem except for the fact that the box had only one small freezer gel pack in it...and it was soft and warm. Upon looking at the shipping tracker, I realized that it had been in transit for over 36 hours. Any wonder the candy bars melted? Anyway, we'll still give it to my wife after attempting to refreeze the chocolate. I just hope it still tastes good. I was so hoping for a better presentation...
Flowers shown when ordering were full and pretty... flowers received were skimpy and nothing at all like pictured.

Alright. So this order was a mess. The florist apparently never really tried delivery and just left a note on the mailbox whereas I got a different response from FromYouFlowers. It makes no sense. There was obviously a loss of communication between you and the local florist. This needs to be looked into and investigated.
There was no contact which is quite odd. There is really no way for the deaf to easily receive updates. It's all a cloak and daggers operation it seems. This was my first messy delivery outside of my state and I was not happy with it.
Great choice of flower arrangements. The arrangement that was delivered looks exactly like the photo! Excellent product and great service.
