Did NOT receive the sale price that was in my e-mail and when I called to confirm the price I was told that the price was $44.99. My e-mail read $29.99. I felt like I was getting the run around, than I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Poor customer service.

Ordered for July 31. Appreciate the speediness in delivery except it was for a birthday, and as such was delivered a day earlier than requested. I specifically requested Sunday and paid extra for before noon delivery so it would arrive the morning of. Instead, it was delivered a day earlier than requested, and seemingly forfeited the extra fee I paid for before noon delivery. Overall I am happy with the flowers, but the delivery was far below par. If you charge extra for specific delivery times, it should be delivered specifically at those times. I would like to request a refund on that specific portion of service as it did not meet the requirements set.
