What is it with florists? I ordered some 1st anniversary flowers from "Fromyouflowers.com" for our friends to be delivered to the hotel where they were spending their honeymoon. I looked on line to see which bouquet I wanted to order and ordered "The Walk In The Sun" bouquet. It was priced at $39.99 with a special price of $34.99. However, when I called the 800 number, I was told the bouquet was $99.99. I questioned the sales person and she asked me to look at the site to make sure I was correct. I was on my cell phone and lost her during the call. I called back after looking at the site again to find the bouquet and it definitely was priced at $34.99. The man answering said I could only get that price if I had the code listed on the site. After I gave it to him, he asked if I would like to upgrade the bouquet to "Premium" which I did. I gave him the address it was to be delivered to along with a Happy Anniversary wish that I wanted to include. I gave him all of our contacts in case there should be any kind of issue. Within minutes our card was drafted and we got a confirmation on when it was going to be delivered. The weekend went by and we wondered how our friends liked the flowers. Their response: "What Flowers?" Seriously? So, I called to see what happened and was put on hold for approx. 10 minutes. When they finally picked up, they said they couldn't find a florist in their network who could deliver flowers to the hotel! NO CALL, TEXT OR E MAIL to let us know! They had all of our information and didn't get back to us but took our money! When I told her it was too late at this point to send flowers since it was for their anniversary, she said "I didn't know it was for a special occasion. The notes say "No card included." When I ordered, my husband and I wrote a long congratulations wish to send with the flowers. Then, customer service person actually had the nerve to ask if I would like our money back! REALLY? When I said yes, she put me on hold again for another 10 minutes! We'll see if we actually get our money back! Since I ordered this online, I am not sure of the physical address, but both addresses list the same 800 number!
The flowers were shipped with no form of water and the outer petals of the roses were withered and dry.

Bouquet for my wife's birthday was very skimpy and tiny. For $63 I expected something at least decent. I definitely won't be returning to this site!
Simple, no hassle ordering, Nice selection. My only complaint is that there was a fee $2 for same day delivery & a fee just under $15 for handling. At least there was a $7 credit for ordering through Google to go toward the unexpected fee. When I saw how nice the flowers were, I wasn't as upset about it, but it still seemed a little high.

I ORDERED THIS ARRANGEMENT SENT TO ME, WANTING TO SEE QUALITY, AS I SEND FLOWERS TO OTHERS AND THEY HAVE SPOKEN VERY HIGHLY OF WHAT THEY RECEIVED. HOWEVER, THE HAMTRAMCK FLORAL SHOP THAT DELIVERED THESE FLOWER DID SO IN A VASE FAR TOO SMALL FOR THE ARRANGEMENT (ONLY 3"W WITH A 2-1/2 WIDE MOUTH - VERY SMALL) AND I HAD TO IMMEDIATELY FIND ANOTHER VASE IN MY HOME TO PUT THE ARRANGEMENT INTO SO THAT IT WOULD LIVE. SO THE FLOWERS DID NOT LOOK FULL LIKE THE PICTURE, DUE TO THE CHOICE OF VASE. ANY FLORIST WOULD KNOW NOT TO STUFF SO MANY FLOWERS INTO A TINY VASE. THEY'RE PRETTY, BUT I WAS PRETTY DISAPPOINTED IN WHAT CAME THIS TIME.

I paid extra to have the flowers delivered within 4 hours for a specific reason. I ordered at 10am. Flowers were delivered after 3pm. Our offices closed at 3pm on Friday, so they sat over the weekend. Very disappointed that I paid extra and services were not met. The flowers look very droopy too, that could be because they sat all weekend, but I will never know. Not sure how likely I would be to recommend to others.
I had flowers sent to a friend, she didn't tell me anything about the flowers so I have no response to how they looked.

The delivery fee and extras really add up, which makes it not so affordable ($20 on top of the cost of the flowers?). The recipients were pleased, but the arrangement looked nothing like what I expected.
We ordered flowers for our mother in the hospital, she received them and said they were beautiful and brightened up her room.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
