So far, easy to order, good web site, and a Sunday delivery, as recipient won't be at this address until Sunday. Fair price and a secure website. Flowers del on Sat., luckily recipient was home. Flowers did not look anything like what was ordered. I ordered the better bouquet, that showed very full, flowers delivered were very small, only saw 2 lilies, maybe 2 roses. Very dissapointed. Paid for a fuller bouquet and got a very small bouquet, will not be inclined to use your service again. If I knew the local florist's name, I would never have them do another flower gift. Next time I will go with FTD.
Beautiful flowers but late. Received expedited fee refund. Called customer service twice. Was on hold forever but their tones were very rude and acted like i was bothering them. Need more customer service training

So. Another order! Asked that it be delivered last Wednesday the 10th of August! And it was NOT!
So. After blaming UPS on the screwed up delivery.( maybe they screwed up too). Flowers were delivered WHEN NO ONE WAS HOME!
Hopefully, a brand new delivery will be handled Tuesday the 16th! I REALLY HOPE SO. Keep hope alive!

Easy to find nice flowers
What my friend received...was pitiful! I am extremely disappointed thre are NOT 50.00 worth of flowed here I can't believe this is what She received. It is NOT as advertised. I was extremely embarrassed by it. I called customer service right away and they are going to have another delivery made with an updraft and exchange it today. If it is not satisfactory I will be following up again.
I paid a total of $62 with a ten dollar coupon. Altho it is pretty, this doesn't look like s $72 arrangement.
I ordered same-day delivery to family members across country on a Saturday and they received it. They were very pleased with the fruit basket.
Couldnt put my 20% code off, you all screwed up and delivered a DAY EARLY... your lucky the person was at the site of delivery a day early. NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT THAT! The point of giving a delivery date is for it to BE DELIVERED ON THAT DATE!

I did a next day delivery for a delivery day on a Friday. That day nothing was delivered, I called and asked what happened and they said the florist made an "attempt" but couldn't deliver because there was no one there to sign. They offered me an asap delivery the next day (Saturday) and nothing was delivered. I called and waited 40 minutes on the phone I'm getting a refund and I cancelled my order. I should have read reviews before I went through them!
