The flowers delivered are beautiful but do not reflect the flowers pictured on the website picture of Madly in love bouquet. Flower colors were substituted very different from the original.
I had to go through the ordering process twice in order to get what I wanted. Somehow the website upgraded my order to beyond what I wanted to send. And the service/handling price should be more up front than on the final checkout page. Caveat emptor, I suppose. The bouquet and the mug it came in were perfect, however. Really a beautiful, and fresh, arrangement.
I've never had orchids. I'm 58 years old ands my mom is rapidly suffering from alzheimers. She had in her mind for months to get me orchids. Why I have no idea but its been an obsession. There are many bad sites misleading regarding flowers etc. and with the pandemic I was afraid to order a plant thru the mail - that it would be damaged etc... But the other day I tried again and found your site. My orchid plant arrived today in perfect condition. The wrapping is phenominal. I ordered purple as that is her favorite color. I'm hoping tomorrow she will have a better day so I can explain to her that I actually HAVE AN ORCHID PLANT!
I haven't seen her in 3 months due to nursing hoe quarantine.
Thank you for full-filling this quest of my wonderful mother who now may not recall she wanted to get it for me but I pray the news will put a smile on her face and maybe a lasting memory.

The flowers were beautiful and made my sisters day. However almost $75 for Rainbow Roses that werent even open is a bit much.
These do not even look the same as I ordered online I spend 76 on a crappy flower arrangement. Very unsatisfied. The arrangement that was received looks absolutely nothing like what I ordered and I ordered 2 balloons for birthday and only got 1.
Have used your services several times over several states and have had no problems. Flowers have always been fresh and very close to what is displayed on order page.
