You Should tell people your shipping and handling fees before the end of the order.
There was a problem with the delivery not being at the door when they said it had been delivered, but it was eventually straightened out.

Couple flowers were bent and broken in the bouque. For that much money and being local thought it would have arrived in better shape. Also didn't get delivered until 550pm. Ordered for her to get earlier in the day than that.

If you're not worried about the local florist that the flowers will be sent from, then your good to go.
The floral arraignment that was chosen did not have enough flowers. Although a discount on price was given, it did not translate into a good value since the floral centerpiece looked chincy to the point of embarrassment.
It didn't really feel like a discount with the handling fee being $15. I was pleased, though, with the delivered bouquet when I saw the picture my daughter sent.
