I am giving you all the benefit of the doubt since the recipient called and thanked me and told me they were beautiful! I have not seen the order to know if I got what I ordered so I am not sure why these questions are asked about something that you send to someone... just a thought :) but I have had a pleasant experiance from my online ordering, the emails to confirm the order, the email to confirm delivery. I would definitely use your services again!

The fee listed in addition to "same day" delivery is not in the ad. The addtl delivery fee pops up at the end. Sent flowers last week, same day, diff. Co., And only a $10 delivery, no hidden fees. Why use you, with a $19.99 ad? No less than $31.99 showed up as a choice!
I was told an upgrade would be added since the timeframe was not matched. The photo of the flowers received look 1/3-1/2 smaller than the photo. I paid to upgrade the $31.99, so another upgrade should have looked like the photo, the best possible option. I am embarrassed that I told them there was an upgrade. The flowers seemed to arrive around 2:30pm. Thank you!

Our loved one in the hospital received a plant with some ivy around it. I also ordered balloons as a nice pick-me up. I ordered 2 Mylar and 3 latex balloons. They received 2 Mylar balloons and a pathetic excuse for an "arrangement". For balloons I received 2 out of 5 that I ordered. I feel that I received a 2 out of 5 on the plant as well. When I saw what had been delivered, I was embarrassed to have our family think I would have ordered that. I spent 10 minutes on hold with Fromyouflowers, in order to be offered a refund on the balloons and a gift certificate for $20 on a future order. They are very confused at this company, I ordered something with the anticipation that it would be delivered as ordered, I do not want my money back on what you failed to deliver. You're also confused to believe that I want a gift certificate for a future order. I will never order from you again. Save your time, money and embarrassment, use another service.
