Easy order even from over seas
Update order wasn't on time. I contacted but no response.
The flowers came days later than the ordered date. Orderd 28. Delivery date 30. Arrived 6 And now after 5 days they don't look good anymore. Very disappointed

I'm happy about my selection and I'm not happy about the free shipping but you add handling charges that are more then shipping from any other place would be...plus it was sent ups and it never stated the size of the basket...not use to dealing with this company always use local venders that I know.probably would never use this co again.in fact I could have made up a homemade cookie basket if I knew it would be shipped ups and it took 4 days instead of next day...

They were a gift. She loved them and by the picture she sent, they looked amazing.
Only problem I had with my order was the chocolate was melted.
The flowers received were much cheaper than the shown picture of the overall bouquet. There were even flowers pictured that were not in the bouquet at all.
Please tell shoppers about the shipping fee before they get to the final step of check out

Service fee is a little high.boquet was to be deluxe size. Looked like regular. For the price paid I expected more.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
