Would prefer to see service fee ahead of time instead of suddenly at the very end of checkout. Could have made better and more affordable choices the first time around that way.
I saw the flower arrangement I sent to my sister in person when I visited four days after delivery of the flowers. They were very nice and still in good shape. My only comment is that, considering I upgraded to the "medium" level, I think it should have been a larger arrangement.
Shopping is easy. Using the coupon codes is not. When placing an order it auto links and I can never use my "unlimited" free shipping coupon code instead of using the prepopulated code that is not able to be changed.
MADE THE ORDER SIMPLE FOR HOSPITAL DELIVERY. AS LONG AS IT LOOKS AS NICE IN PERSON AS THE WEBSITE.

It was good, the only complain is that I paid more to be deliver the same day and it was deliver 2 days later.
The flowers were very nice and just as I expected them to be. The only disapointment is I didn't receive one of the banners that I paid extra money for.

Even though my mother was extremely happy with the bouquet when I saw it I have to say that the only thing resembling what I saw online when I ordered was the color of the flowers. It was not nearly as large as what I ordered online.

The flowers delivered to the funeral home were not half as nice as the product picture we ordered from. Some were even wilted and decaying! I was embarrassed when I saw them! I took pics and sent them in an email to Fromyouflowers expressing our dissatisfaction. They replied within 24 hours and refunded half of our money as well as contacted the delivering florist to inform them of our complaint. The price was good and were delivered same day. Just not good flowers. Because of the great customer service we would be willing to try Fromyouflowers again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
