Since I was able to choose what I wanted to order on the website that is what I was expecting. The roses were a different color that what I was expecting and since I ordered the deluxe option I thought the bouquet would of been a bit fuller. I don't feel the arrangement was nearly as nice as what was pictured when I ordered it and also, it was a different vase than what the item description stated it would be. On the plus side, the order was delivered in a timely manner and the flowers smelled very good.
The delivery driver was amazing! When I talked to him on the phone he was so professional and knew exactly where the delivery location was. (I live in Colorado)
After my mom received her flowers she called me and told me how much she loved the delivery driver and how he complimented her on her hair.
My mom is in remission for cancer and her hair is growing back to where she can finally style it, and for the delivery driver to compliment her was so wonderful, I can tell she was more confident in herself thanks to him. Ordered same day delivery and they delivered the next day, had to call to get the same day delivery fee credited back to my account. They also add on a handling fee of about $15.00 and another $3.00 to your order for same day delivery so expect about an additional $18.00 added on. My friend was thrilled with the product so I guess the added stress was worth it in the long run.

After seeing pics of my delivered order it was a lot smaller so I guess you have to up grade if you want a good full arrangement. It did say it would be smaller but didn't think it would be that sparse lesson learned.
