I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday and I am not in the country so I didn't get to see the arrangement in person. My mother didn't not receive her flowers on the day scheduled, they were a day late but I trust that the company has tried to solve the issue. Overall, the website is very easy to navigate. The selection of different arrangements is a good variety.

Thank you for being so easy to use! I did like the flow of your website. Unfortunately, the bouquet we ordered along with a teddy bear and ballon, we paid almost $90 and were so disappointed with the actual bouquet. It was extremely small and didn't look as though I t was professionally put together. For that I am not sure if I will order again. :(

I was so nervous about ordering flowers online. I have always had bad experiences, and I just stopped doing it all together for years. But this time everything went great! My mom got her flowers right on time. She sent me a picture, and they looked very nice!
The flowers were delivered very quickly the day I ordered them, which was great! But...when i saw a photo of the flowers that were delivered I was very upset! They looked nothing like the ones i ordered! They were horrible, cheap looking, and like 1/2 the amount of flowers in the arrangement! I was embarrassed! I called to complain n was on hold for 36 minutes before hanging up!, I followed up with an email to see about a refund or another arrangement to gd sent but I heard nothing from the company, my next step is to call the Brooksvilie Florudt in Brooksvilie Fla and complain
I was Not at all satisfied with the delivery time. It was promised between 9-5. In fact I ordered flowers to be sent to my elderly mom for her birthday and I told her they would've delivered between 9-5. The flowers did Not show up until 7:20 pm! I'm not really sure yet if I will order from y'all again. Thank you

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
