Placing the order was easy. The delivery time was excessive and I was not satisfied with the order. It looks nothing like the picture. It's really small and way over priced. I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with the quality. I feel like my son's birthday surprise was ruined by this low quality florist. I am extremely disappointed overall. I regret using the service and wish that I had gone with edible arrangements a company that takes pride in their work.
