"Service and Handling" charges should be stated early on and not suddenly appear just before the order is placed. I went ahead and placed the order because I had entered all the information... but it feels like bait and switch. Not good for repeat business. Customer Service is terrible! I called and heard "your call is very important to us" at least 25 times. Then tried to email Customer Service & was told a response would follow within one hour. They never got back to me at all. Only delivery notification.

The flowers shown when I ordered online were mostly orange & yellow however my friend received mostly pink but no orange flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
