My Mother loves them. She said they were beautiful.
The actual bouquet looks nothing like what I ordered. I understand that florists have to make substitutions, but I ordered a full bouquets. Not a bouquet that looks like it was picked up from a grocery store. Also, I received an email stating that my order was delivered 45 minutes after ordering it, when in reality it didn't show up until 2 hours later. This made it difficult to track whether the recipient actually received it or not. I was happy with my entire shopping experience until I saw the final product. Very disappointing since I expect more from previous purchases from you.

I had to redo the order 3 times because it would not apply your advertised discount. It went from 70 dollars to 54 and finally I got the right price. I was not going to fall for that. But I figured it out and got it right.
