**update** when I ordered, it said if I completed my order within 19 minutes I could still get same day delivery. An hour later they called and told me it would not be possible and would be delivered tomorrow. They offered a free bouquet upgrade and a $15 gift card. Today the flowers were delivered. The upgrade is not apparent (I paid for the mid grade option and they appear mid grade) and I just received a $10 gift card in my email. Overpromised and underdelivered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
