Very timely delivery, my party was very pleased with the basket of goodies!
I strongly feel that I overpaid for the flowers. I upgraded to deluxe and was surprise to see the arrangement was small. Very disappointed that the card was handwritten, I believe that you should type the messages in the card. Overall I would not be ordering flowers from your company.

I paid extra for the premium level of roses that showed up looking like the discount level. The pictures on the website are highly deceiving. Especially the picture of one dozen long stem red roses which actually depicts 13 roses.

I had to cancel the order and reorder to get the free shipping because It gave me the 8 dollar discount for being a returned customer. The lady at customer service said I could only get either or the 8 dollars off or the 14.99 free shipping. For one the free shipping was an offer which whoever receives the offer should get it, the 8.00 off was for being a good customer. I don't think it should be an either or situation. So I cancelled the first order and replaced the order over the phone to get the free shipping. The day the flowers were suppose to arrive they didn't - I called in and they said the local florist thought both orders were cancelled so my friend did not receive the flowers until a day after her birthday - not happy about that.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
