Very disappointed. The company should make shoppers aware that these are delivered in a box. I choose national companies because they are usually cheaper than local florists however $60 for flowers delivered in a box is ridiculous and from now on I will just pay $80 and get them delivered in a vase from a local florist. Extremely disappointed and wished I would have noticed the negative reviews before making this purchase.

They arrived crushed the driver made my wife go threw the box before he left said that someone had placed something heavy on the box the base that I paid extra for is no way big enough to hold 24 flowers this was for wife's birthday an she didn't even know there was glass vase in box but accepted the package damanaged an on further inspection I will most likely never do this again sorry from you flowers! Very easy ordering. However, the flowers were NOT as pictured. Much smaller than shown in the picture. Definitely not 49 dollars worth. Ordering and delivery was easy and on schedule, but the bouquet looks like a 6 dollar bouquet from Walmart.

I ordered a same day arrangement so that it would get delivered by 5pm. I placed the order at 1230pm and per the website guarantee if the order is placed by 3pm they will be delivered same day. I have had good previous experiences so I ordered again. This time the delivery wasn't made until 10am the next day. I am really disappointed with this experience. When I tracked the order I was refunded the 3 dollars for same day charge but frankly it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I expected part or all of the delivery fee to be refunded due to the violation of the posted guarantee.
